Paddy Lannigan
Patrick Lannigan has made a unique place for himself in British theatre, playing roles inspired by, and concerned with, classical music. He made his stage debut touring in Suskin's one-man show, The Double Bass to great critical acclaim. He played the principal role in McVeigh's production of Beating Time (Broadway) and then created the title role in Justin Pearson's production of Beethoven, Genius Unleashed which is currently enjoying many performances through Britain and abroad.

Future projects include a one-man show at the Edinburgh Festival, and the title role in a production of Casanova. He regularly presents concerts for the Locrian Ensemble, and is the narrator of the popular Gondwana production, with which he will be touring to the USA later this year.

Patrick is also a fine double bass player and performed in the BBC Symphony Orchestra for many years. He has receently recorded discs with artists such as Robbie Williams, Madonna, and played on the scores for many films including Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings.
